The installation of the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong (the King), Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin at Istana Negara…

For info, the office of the King is not hereditary. Malaysia practices a system of government based on Constitutional Monarchy and Parliamentary Democracy at two levels, Federal and State levels. At the Federal level the head of State is the King and the head of government is the Prime Minister. At the state level the head (Ruler) of State is either the Sultan, Raja, or Yang di-Pertuan Besar, and the Yang di-Pertua Negeri is the head of State where there are no Rulers and the Chief Ministers (Menteri Besar/Ketua Menteri) are the heads of government.

What is unique about the monarchical system in Malaysia is that the Yang di- Pertuan Agong is elected by the Conference of Rulers in accordance with the procedure spelt out in the Third Schedule of the Federal Constitution and the rules of the Conference of Rulers.

Remember about the missing of Muhammad Nazrin at SOGO shopping mall 2 weeks ago…? Well, he was finally returned to his family last Saturday… by a Myanmar couple who take care of him for the past two weeks…

But latest news last night was that the police has arrested the couple for investigation yesterday… This is due to some proofs that show this couple actually kidnapped the child and used him as a begger around Klang Valley…

Some questions arises after they returned Muhammad Nazrin (Yin) ;

1. Why they returned him only after 2 weeks?
2. Why don’t they hand the child to the police the day they found him? Dang Wangi police station just around the corner…
3. Why they shaved Yin’s hair? They claimed Yin was infected with measles but checkup by doctor later show Yin never infected by measles…
4. There’re few bruises at Yin’s hands and feet…

Konsert Gegaran Retro… or Retro Shaky Concert in english?

Remember I wrote about this upcoming concert a few days back… Well, I went there with Frycrax who lives here –> www.idzwan.com… We arrived at the “Panggung Anniversari” (Anniversary Theatre?) at about 6.30pm… I thought that we were late but when we arrived nothing happened yet… I remember about backstage session between some lucky listeners (of the Sinar FM radio station – 96.7Mhz in KlangValley) and the 3 performers… So, ok lor… we just wait…

Concert was organised by Sinar FM radio station in conjunction with their 3rd anniversary on 1st March 2007… Sinar FM is one of Astro radio station with retro songs concept which air local and international hits especially from the 70s till 90s era…

Know what… only after more than 2 hours at about 8.45pm… after a box of Sempoerna A, a can of 100Plus and a cup of Coke, they start the concert… well…

I’m just doing my bit of contribution in this missing child case… hope this will somehow or rather help… Let us all together pray that the child will re-unite with his family soon…

Setakat pkl 2.30 ni, masih tak jumpa. Beliau dan beberapa staff Bank Islam dah usaha macam2. Dah jumpa Ishak Din dan Dato’ Ismail Kamus. Esok rakan2 akan round area SOGO/Masjid India/Chow Kit utk distribute gambar anak yg hilang… Doakanlah mudah2an jumpa anak kecil ini…

Mungkin ramai yang telah mendengar akan berita sedih yang telah menimpa keluarga Saudara Shamsul Ghazali Shamsudin, dari Bank Islam, Cawangan Jalan PBGW, Ipoh dan isterinya, Puan Nor Amizah. Mereka telah kehilangan anak sulung, Muhammad Nazrin, yang berusia 4 tahun 10 bulan di pusat membeli-belah SOGO pada hari Sabtu 31 Mac 2007 pada sekitar jam 2.00 ptg. (disertakan gambar & butir-butir yang Insya’Allah dapat membantu.)

Untuk meringankan dan sebagai satu usaha membantu keluarga Saudara Shamsul & Puan Nor Amizah, dimohon agar dapat kita mendirikan Solat Hajat, dimana jua anda berada, dengan setinggi harapan agar anakanda Muhammad Nazrin akan ditemui dengan secepat mungkin dan dalam keadaan selamat, Insya’Allah.

When would I be able to earn this kinda money… heh…

We were from the same department about 9 years ago… not just same department but same section too… In fact one of them was my interviewer… Two already there now… one going this mid April (meeting him tomorrow for a cuppa coffee)… another one going soon too… Me…? Still stuck here with sweet but empty promises…? Oh boy… LOL
